Anna Selleck began learning to dance at the age of 5 in Sunbury, Victoria. She quickly rose to the top ranks of her school in all of the disciplines she took up and shared the stage with some very talented artists. She studied Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tapp, Folk dancing and much more. Anna then turned to the partner dancing styles of dance in her later years and once again attained top marks and accolades in Ballroom and Latin American competitions. Anna has since travelled the world on a six star luxury cruise line, teaching people to dance and performing in front of guests with her partner Paul Zaidman. She now runs a new company called Dance House International with Paul and is once again set to take on the world.
Paul Zaidman began his dance career at the tender age of 5. His mother was a dance teacher and began teaching him classical ballet and Jazz. Moving from Russia to Israel and finally landing in Australia in 1980 Paul was enrolled into the famous National Theatre in St. Kilda where he not only excelled at dance but also fell in love with the theatrical arts.
Paul later went on to not only practice and compete in the world of dance but also took on the entertainment world in the form of fashion parades, television commercials and television programs. Among Paul’s greatest achievements in the past 25 years of entertainment, were the international competitions and the TV programs such as ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and achieving 4th place in the world renowned, ‘Blackpool Dancesport Festival’.
